About the THFHT

The Trent Hills Family Health Team (THFHT) works out of four locations in Campbellford, Hastings, Warkworth and Colborne.  Our main site (head office) is located in the Campbellford Memorial Health Centre at 119 Isabella Street in Campbellford,  The THFHT delivers  primary health care, programs and services to our patients. Approximately 17,200 patients complete our roster in the Municipality of Trent Hills and adjacent areas. 

We are proud to host a variety of learners at our centres. We have a longstanding relationship with the university of Toronto, for which resident physicians join us on a regular basis for at least one month at a time.  Recently we began hosting resident physicians from Queen's University in Kingston.  We also have clinical clerks, medical students, nursing and nurse practitioner students who join us for their clinical rotation under preceptorship by physicians, nurses and nurse practitioners.  Admin students periodically also join us for their learning rotations at our main site.
