Respiratory illness clinics are for people experiencing symptoms of COVID, strep throat, bronchitis, pneumonia, ear infection, cold, flu, sinus infection, vomiting or diarrhea. If you aren't sure about your symptoms, call 811 to speak with a Nurse. Please reserve Hospital ER's for severe illness or emergencies.
The Trent Hills Family Health Team (THFHT) Campbellford Clinic offers respiratory illness clinics for patients experiencing symptoms of viral or respiratory infection. You must have a Campbellford physician or nurse practitioner to access these clinics. If you are a patient of Drs. Read, Sheps, Williams or NPs Bennett, Dalby, Deviney or Robichaud, please call (705) 653-1801 to request an appointment with the respiratory clinic. You may receive a call from nursing first. If you have tested positive for COVID in recent days/weeks, please alert booking staff. All people attending THFHT clinics must wear a clean surgical mask over their nose and mouth at all times.
The Trent Hills Family Health Team (THFHT) Warkworth Clinic offers respiratory illness care for patients experiencing symptoms of viral or respiratory infection. You must have a Warkworth physician to access these clinics. If you are a patient of Dr. Parks call (705) 924-1239. If you are a patient of Dr. Beyls please call (705) 924-2230 to request an appointment with the RN. You may receive a call from the nursing first. If you have tested positive for COVID in recent days/weeks, please alert booking staff. All people attending THFHT clinics must wear a clean surgical mask over their nose and mouth at all times.
The Ontario government has online COVID self-assessment if you have any symptoms of illness or tested positive for COVID-19. Testing can be taken for children or others. You will get a recommendation on what to do next. For workplace screening purposes, you can print off or email your results to your employer.
The self-assessment is meant as an aid and cannot diagnose you. Anyone who is sick or has any symptoms of illness should stay home and seek assessment from a health care provider if needed. Call 911 for medical emergencies. Call 811 for medical support in non-emergencies and speak with a Registered Nurse 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Nurses provide routine immunization for children and adult patients enrolled with THFHT. We also work closely with our public health unit and Ontario Health to provide seasonal or urgent vaccines to all community residents.
Campbellford Memorial Hospital has opened a community lab. The CMH lab can be used by THFHT patients and community members who are not enrolled with THFHT. See our lab page for details.

If you do not have a health care provider (physician or nurse practitioner) or your health care provider is more than 50 km from your home, you can fill out an application form and send it to us by email or regular mail.

THFHT formally recognizes the traditional keepers of this land and, specifically our neighbours of the Alderville First Nation, with a formal territorial acknowledgement. We reside on the Gunshot Treaty Lands of 1788. On these lands and on the shores of the big lake, the Mississauga Anishinabeg
(A-NISH-IN-NAW-BEK) met with the Crown to facilitate the opening of these lands for settlement. Let us be reminded of the responsibility we all have in making sure that we respect these lands and waters that give us life and sustain our livelihoods.
