Regarding COVID 19 vaccination, we do not have the vaccine nor do we know when we will receive it. We will update this message and our website, when able. For further information on the vaccine roll-out, please visit:

Trent Hills Family Health Team is providing most of our services, including childhood immunization, smoking cessation counselling, bloodwork and mental health group sessions (on Zoom).
If you need care, please call to book an appointment. Do not walk into a clinic without an appointment.
Most appointments will be by telephone.
If necessary, we will book an in-person appointment.
Please wear a mask and follow safe distancing and hand washing practices.
You will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms.
If you need a prescription refilled, call your pharmacy and ask them to fax it to us.
COVID-19 Testing
Currently, testing is restricted to those who:
- with COVID-19 symptoms; https://www.ontario.ca/page/covid-19-stop-spread#section-0
- have been exposed to a confirmed case of the virus, as informed by the public health unit or exposure notification through the COVID Alert app;
- are a resident or worker in a setting that has a COVID-19 outbreak, as identified and informed by the public health unit; or
- are eligible for testing as part of a targeted testing initiative directed by the Ministry of Health or the Ministry of Long-Term Care.
The Trent Hills COVID-19 Assessment Centre is
- by appointment only. Call 705-395-1801.
- open Mondays to Thursdays from 9 am to 5 pm (closed Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays)
- located at Campbellford Memorial Hospital, basement level, enter off Isabella Street.
- a drive-up centre (Assessment Centre staff provide assessment/testing in your vehicle.)
